During my stay, I encountered a lot of issues. The check-in process was frustrating. the staff seemed disorganized and took forever to find my reservation. I expected better service, especially since I was in town for an important reason. To top it off, the room didn’t receive housekeeping until the third day, which made my stay uncomfortable.

a bit worried when I saw a damaged table in the room. but then wow, the breakfast was great and the waffles got me excited! also, the friendly lady handling it was super helpful. the shower had great pressure too!

We enjoyed a two-night family getaway. The spacious queen room suited us well. I recommend checking pool towel availability before diving in, as we encountered only one. Breakfast rush can be hectic. an extra waffle maker would enhance the experience. Would stay again!
